We take a closer look at your collection, answer any questions relating to our process, provide unbiased advice and a no obligation quote. On acceptance of the quote, a take-in form will be provided confirming your items have been submitted for valuation.

ANALYSIS AND RESEARCH

We give your jewellery a thorough clean, take professional photographs and begin analyzing each piece. This includes analyzing the purity of the metal, identification and grading of diamonds, coloured gemstones, and any additional research that may be required. All analyzing and testing is completed using best industry practices.

VALUE AND COLLATE

Once our analysis has been completed, a fair and accurate value for the intended purpose is added. All information and photographs is documented in a professional and detailed report.

SCHEDULE COLLECTION

One of our team members will contact you to schedule a time that is convenient for you to collect your report and jewellery. On collection one of our valuers will provide a summary of your report. A hard copy and PDF version of your report is provided.
